Age:I don't really like this thing because you judge a person by his age,and for example a person is 9 years old and has an amazing application you treat him with disrespect and a person who has a weak staff application and is 19-20 years old people praise him.I'm only going to say this : I am old enough to be staff but not old enough to be a grandpa.

Have you been staff on any other servers?: Yes i have been staff on RavageMC,EmperorCraft and MineSuperior.
Why do you think you should be staff?:Because I am experienced and very Mature as I have changed my ways.
Information about yourself: What I would do to help the server is help when no staff are on and ban people if found guilty of breaking any of the rules.I would also make the server more organized so no-one is typing in all caps(If someone is typing in all caps i would kick them) and make sure if someone is spamming he/she get kicked and if someone is doing "chat disturbance" they will be muted or kicked.I would give the person who I kick three chances.If they use up all three chances they will get banned.So basically what I want to do is help out the server even if no admins are on and make the chat clean and ban,kick,or mute people when necessary.I would also go in /v to spectate to see if anyone is hacking in /pvp.I would welcome every newcomer on the server to the server. Also I help them out if they need help. I also would enforce the rules and not abuse my staff power like some people do.I would not ban someone without proof and i would record someone hacking before i actually ban him/her if I am staff.I would take screenshots of suspicious activity with lightshot or gyazo.I would also help the server by making youtube videos if i become staff.I would not tolerate sexual harassment,bigotry,prejudice,racism,stalking,bullying people of their age,and bullying in general.I am usually a happy guy who can take a joke towards me and I could make the server seem alive in chat by making it funny(without bullying of course!). Or I could make people happy in on the server so they could join back.I would remind people to be nice and I would break up fights that people have.If someone is mad,raging or sad I would to the best of my ability help them not feel those negative emotions.I would feel someone and maybe give them a second chance.For example, someone makes a joke about someone and some people take it too far and ban them.Because I believe in second chances i would tell them no type of harassment and the second time they do it I would do whatever I need to do to make sure he doesn't do it again.I would listen to people no matter the case.I would be respectful to the players and maybe other people will look up to me and those other people will be respectful. I know basic staff commands and such.
